I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, but there was a slight smell similar to sewage, indicating possible plumbing issues. The service from the staff was the standout, being friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient for exploring Baltimore, College Park, and DC, with quiet surroundings and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was satisfactory, meeting our standards. Overall, a decent choice considering the value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfy as I had requested a sofa-bed, but there was a lingering smell reminiscent of sewage, hinting at possible plumbing issues. The service was friendly and courteous, though the staff seemed unprepared at times. The location was convenient to my destination but had some hot water issues. Dining was not included, and I had to pay separately for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott with a bunch of friends after a party we had in the area. The location is the best that I have recently experienced, very close to the metro and beltway. The night manager, Charnita, was so friendly and helpful despite a mix-up that couldn't be handled that night, ensuring everything was properly documented. The dining experience was a bit off as the breakfast options were not great, but the overall service was outstanding and the pool area was fantastic.
